The visit I had in June when I had an oil change - one of the mechanics crushed to of my lines leading to the windshield washer fluid. I couldn't wash my windshield for a few months until I took it to a mechanic in my area. So I brought a new windshield washer for the vehicle and that wasn't the problem. He told me that wasn't the problem. He said that my hose was broken in two (2) places. I would have to replace the whole line from the washer to the windshield. So I let go for another month or so. but I eventually had a hose replaced so I could wash my windshield. Thanks, Annette

Needed some help with the Def Fluid system on my pickup. Tech printed out a detailed explanation of the error codes that can decoy a person into messing up the counter or guage on this pickup. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because the service department forgot to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle was brought in a week later for repairs that I assumed were covered under my extended warranty. When the warranty company denied my claim, the service department told me to call the warranty company myself to get an explanation as to why the claim was denied.

I got to the dealership for an oil change. I asked the service guy how long for an oil change and he said it would be done in 40’minutes, I said great I’ll go eat and come back. I came back an hour later and it still isn’t even started yet. Another 40 min later it was done. Was not impressed.

the service person i feel wasn't aware of my concern about the issues we are experiencing with our new purchase of the 2026 Colorado located at the Dealership where I bought the vehicle. But, the rattle is still there when we start the vehicle, front! the molding located at the bottom of the windshield passenger side, is tucked underneath the windshield, as the bottom of the windshield edge is visible, and IS going tp be a problem with the weather elements approaching! I've brought this concern to there attention Devils Lake Chevy dealer ship, and there Collision center they looked at it! and nothing was done, this is going on 2 months now. the treatment at the collision center was VERY!! Unprofessional, treated my concern with the purchase from there establishment was unappreciative, they weren't helpful in anyway, they looked at it, shop Forman and said yup, "that shouldn't be like that" FYI, total smartass! and no return call! I have shown it to the sales person whom we purchased the vehicle from he looked at it, and that was that. VERY FRUSTRATED COSTOMER!!!! I have spoke with GM Complaint Dept on a couple of occasions, they suggested that I file a complaint, which I have and received a complaint # also.
